Rob is an experienced coach and facilitator who focuses on helping leaders and teams connect their skills and experiences to their passions and purpose in order to achieve.
Rob is a Certified Leadership Coach and Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He is a Certified SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory)/Core Strengths facilitator and coach and holds certificates in Building Coaching Cultures, Coach Approach to Business Development and Coach Approach to Facilitation. Rob is also a Full Focus Planner Certified Pro.
Rob is quiet, calm, and collected and yet inquisitive and assertive; this combination creates a safe space which allows clients to be free to explore new thoughts and ideas and come to outcomes that work best for them.
He originally hails from Glasgow, Scotland, but now lives in Vancouver, Canada, with his wife and two sons. He loves politics and learning about human improvement, leadership and coaching. You will normally find Rob in one of his local coffee shops reading, working or connecting with friends.
Alan has a wealth of experience across various sectors, including non-profit, public and business.
Having served as a Youth Worker for 10 years working with over 1000 young people each week, he then co-founded his own business, Blend Coffee Lounge, which has over 50 employees and is in 7 locations across Scotland, UK. Through these roles, Alan has mentored and coached hundreds of leaders over the past 25 years.
In 2022, he became a Certified Leadership Coach and is working towards his Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation. He is also a certified Core Strengths Facilitator and Coach to help teams and organisations achieve great results through better relationships.
Alan is passionate about helping others grow - enabling them to become the best person, leader, innovator and catalyst for change that they possibly can be through non-directive coaching.
He lives in Erskine, Scotland with his wife Alison and two children, Emma and Murray. Alan loves almost all sports, is highly competitive and enjoys exploring different countries and cultures.
Sam has a passion to see people develop and grow to their full potential and has a strong past record of engaging teams and individuals. She is an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach with EMCC, holds a number of counselling qualifications and is a Core Strengths facilitator all of which she has utilised within the profit and non for profit world.
Sam has had a long and varied career in corporate financial services, held several leadership and consulting positions within different organisations delivering large and complex programmes. She loves nothing more than solving problems, breaking down barriers and providing support and encouragement to those that she works with.
Sam is married, has 2 grown up children and lives in Scotland. She spends her leisure time exploring Scottish Islands with her husband in their camper van, cycling and keeping fit.
